At AngelsEra, we aim to provide reliable worldwide shipping for every order. This Shipping Policy explains how orders are processed, shipped, and delivered when you shop with us.

AngelsEra operates using a global fulfillment model. We partner with trusted international suppliers and fulfillment centers to ship products directly to customers worldwide.

All eligible orders include tracked shipping, allowing customers to monitor deliveries from dispatch to arrival.


2. Order Processing Time

After an order is placed, it is confirmed, processed, quality checked, and prepared for shipment.

Processing Time: 1–5 business days

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.


3. Estimated Delivery Times

Delivery times vary depending on your location and local shipping carriers.

Please note that these are estimated delivery windows and may vary due to customs processing, carrier delays, weather conditions, holidays, or high seasonal demand.

Most orders arrive sooner than the maximum estimated timeframe.


4. Multiple Shipments

Orders containing multiple items may be shipped separately from different warehouses or suppliers.

If this occurs, each shipment may have its own tracking number and delivery timeline.


5. Customs, Duties & Taxes

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or local handling fees depending on your country’s regulations.

These charges are the responsibility of the customer.

AngelsEra is not responsible for customs delays or additional import fees charged by local authorities.


6. Shipping Delays

While we strive to deliver orders within the estimated timeframe, delays may occur due to factors outside our control, including:

  • Customs inspections

  • Weather disruptions

  • Carrier delays

  • Public holidays

  • Global logistics disruptions

We will always do our best to assist customers with tracking and shipment support.


7. Delivery Guarantee

If your order has not been delivered within 14 weeks from the shipping date, you may contact us to request either:

  • A full refund, or

  • A replacement shipment

Please include your order number when contacting support.


8. Shipping Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.

AngelsEra is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

If a package is returned due to address issues, additional shipping charges may apply for reshipment.


9. Lost, Damaged, or Missing Items

If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or appears lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of delivery (or expected delivery date).

Please include:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Photos if applicable

Once verified, we will work to provide a suitable resolution, including a replacement or refund where appropriate.


10. Tracking Your Order

Tracking information will be emailed once your order has shipped.

Customers can use the provided tracking link to monitor shipment progress at any time.
